The Suggestions, Complaints and Compliments Mailbox (SQyF) was created with the objective of establishing a communication channel with the ELE community and other stakeholders in order to know their suggestions, complaints and compliments regarding the operation of our academy; which will allow us to identify opportunities for improvement in order to continuously increase the degree of satisfaction of users with the services offered by our organization.
